The Mission at Mesa

Dear Friends,

I hope you are doing well! It has been a while since my last update, but I am excited to share with you how our mission at Mesa has been starting out. Here are some of the highlights from August!

Old Friends

It was great to reconnect with our students when they came back from break! We had fun introducing them to our new teammates, Joe and Clare, hearing about their experiences and faithfulness over the summer break, and doing fun activities together like hiking.

From left to right: Joe, Clare, me, and Jacky! Joe and I graduated together from Cal State Fullerton, and Jacky and Clare were friends before this year too! We've all been working well together and bringing our own gifts to the team.

New Friends

The first 2 weeks of school we were busy meeting new students on campus and inviting then to Mesa Catholic. The chapel for our first two Sunday Masses was overflowing - a really good problem to have! Praise God!

Prayer Intentions

Please pray for Keegan who is recovering from a motorcycle accident concussion, for all of our students we are inviting to SEEK, and for an increase in courage to share the faith with those who need it most!
