St. Valentine's Outreach

This year we've been focusing on calling our students, and ourselves, out of our comfort zone in campus outreach. For Valentine's Day, we handed out roses with Valentine's notes and invitations to Mesa Catholic. We had a lot more help from our students than normal, and had a lot of positive interactions with people through it!

Awakening Retreat

Towards the end of the month we had the Awakening retreat with our students. On the retreat we had Mass, Adoration, and confession, as well as lots of time listening to talks, and discussing how we can grow closer to the Lord. It was awesome to see students who went for the first time last year now giving talks and sharing their testimonies with new students!

Other Highlights

• Robert asking me to be his sponsor for his confirmation this Easter!
• The Mesa Catholic superbowl party
• Our first monthly leadership prayer meeting, bringing student leaders together to pray for the Holy Spirit's direction of campus mission
• Seeing God work in amazing ways in our wedding planning, providing sponsors for our reception venue!

Prayer Requests

Please pray for our mission trip group going to Yucatán March 14-23 (Jacky, Joe, Drew, Nick, Kylee, Nadine, Hector, and others from Connecticut), for the health of our student Ace, and for my marriage prep. I'd love to know what you need prayers for too!
